According to one Ken Egbas who is live tweeting from the scene, this is happening now at Adebisi Ogunniyi Crescent, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State.
He calls it a suicide attempt, adding that the man looks demon possessed. Police from Maroko Division are now at the scene. But he said they appear confused themselves.
